Subscription Terms
Purpose
Derma.Log subscriptions are intended to support account storage and continued service operation. A subscription may affect limits related to new storage growth, such as creating new spots, adding entries, or uploading images.
A subscription is not intended to sell medical safety or make privacy and dignity controls premium-only.
Existing records
Existing owned history should remain accessible across subscription transitions. If a subscription changes, expires, is canceled, or falls back to a free tier, Derma.Log should not remove access to records the user already owns.
Subscription limits may restrict new storage growth, but should not hide or lock existing records.
Storage limits
Derma.Log may apply storage, spot, image, or account-tier limits. These limits may affect whether the user can create new records or upload new images.
If an account is over a free or current-tier limit, the user may need to resubscribe or change account state before creating new records or adding new storage.
Medical and privacy boundary
Paid subscription status does not create medical reliability. Free subscription status does not remove the need for medical care. No subscription tier should be presented as a substitute for medical assessment.
Features intended to protect sensitive areas, private inspection, account deletion, export ownership, or basic user dignity should not require a paid subscription merely for the user to be safe.
Billing provider boundary
Subscriptions, payments, cancellations, refunds, taxes, regional pricing, and billing history may be handled by external billing providers. Users may need to manage cancellation or refund requests through the relevant billing provider.
Deleting a Derma.Log account does not automatically guarantee cancellation, refund, or removal of billing records from an external billing provider.
